Paul has a quality track record of advising senior leaders with a particular focus on Investment and Wealth Management specialising across the Funds Management, Financial Advisory, Fintech and the Superannuation Industries. Paul graduated with an Economics & Finance degree from the University of London and has also completed his MBA at the University of Melbourne.
Paul demonstrates a strong consultative recruitment methodology, successfully fostering ongoing relationships with senior stakeholders and is seen as a specialist Investment/Fintech recruiter of choice in Australia.
Paul is a passionate sports fan and soccer coach and outside works likes to balance this with spending time with his young family and travel.
Matilda joins Grant Executive Search as a Recruitment Consultant after having spent 2 years as a Business Development Manager in the Health and Aged Care sectors. She will support executive recruitment and search in across General Manager, Finance, Strategy and Corporate Services roles. Matilda has a passion for the industry and enjoys helping candidates find their next best step, and working with our clients to assess top talent to ensure best fit and exceptional outcomes.
